Refund policy

Products:

Unsatisfied customers will receive a replacement product for damaged goods when goods are returned within 7 days.

Classes:

Cooking class participants cancelling a booking will receive a credit for a future class if one is scheduled to be held within 90 days in there area, else a full refund if cancelling no closer than 10 days prior to the date the class is scheduled to be hosted. No refund will be given if you cancel your booking within 10 days of the class hosting date. Where class bookings are lower than a viable level, classes could be combined, participants will have the option to switch classes or else will be refunded.
